Abstract


With the rapid development of China’s mining industry, coupled with the irrational development and utilization of mineral resources, makes a lot of resource-based cities are facing environmental crisis, leading to ecological imbalance, to the local residents brought great damage, how to reduce and curb the exploitation of mineral resources damage to the environment, the ecological environment in mining areas have been restored, has become an urgent need to resolve. One way to solve this problem is to establish and improve the ecological compensation system for mineral resources. This paper analyzes the mineral resources in the legal meaning of ecological compensation, and then expounded the theory of ecological compensation of mineral resources base, and mineral resources in developed countries through the development of ecological compensation in the study, summed up the situation of our country to meet a number of useful measures and were carried out careful analysis, on the basis of ecological compensation system for mineral resources, China proposed to establish the appropriate measures to improve, hoping to solve the development and utilization of mineral resources caused by environmental problems
