Abstract


In recent years, environmental problems is given more and more attention, and taken for environmental problems of international environmental cooperation in the field of also caused many scholars’ research interest. Experience shows that by the end of traditional environmental strategy already can not adapt to the social and economic development, and the country’s environmental problems only rely on oneself are hard to solve, for international cooperation is the way out. After the reform and opening of China’s rapid economic growth is a country, is also a big environment pollution, serious environmental problems of China’s sustainable development has constitute a serious challenge. And whereas in China and neighbouring Japan, also have experienced such suffering, and summarizes the experience in dealing with many environmental problems, has many advantages.
