Abstract


Fire engines are special type vehicles which shoulder the duty of combating fire and rescue. They are dispatched by 119 fire alarm commanding centers. In order to complete our mission of safeguarding people’s lives and fortunes, aimed at the line of duty of fire company, we designed the function of fire fight vehicles’ positioning and monitoring system.Finaly, we drew up the positioning and monitoring system project of fire fight vehicles concretely.Firstly, we compared and analyzed various existing positioning techniques.We found that the not-independent positioning techniques have to depend on the outside information.They are short of the independent positioning ability.They lack anti-interference.Their output information is short of real-time.Generally speaking,the short-term stability of all these positioning techniques isn’t good enough.Although,the independent positioning techniques’short-term stability is good,their long-term stability really isn’t good .because of existing accumulating of errors.Aiming at the two types of techniques’complementarity in the characteristic of error spreading, we put forword that the integtated positioning is a reasonable technique.Secondly, making use of the information of DRS which is based up on inertia,we repaired the time delay that come from the process of positioning and transmission. Then based on this foundation,we carried on an improvement to road matching algorithm.Through the test, we found that using the CDMA wireless network, which is time synchronous in the whole net ,to carry on data transmission can bring us great convenience.Based on the two improvements above and the analysis of positioning demand, we decided to select a more simple and convenient switching mode to fusion the data of the positioning information from different sources.According to different decision-making requirements,refering to the related services of China Unicom, we proposed our own projects based on the
