Abstract


As a low toxicity and reactivity of chemical reagents , dimethyl carbonate (Dimethyl Carbonate DMC) synthesis and applications has received wide attention in recent years . It can replace the highly toxic phosgene and dimethyl sulphate as an environment-friendly synthesis of organic intermediates and starting materials , the application with the hydroformylation and methylation reaction . In addition , DMC also can be used as a gasoline additive to increase the octane level of gasoline . This article first use of oxygen , carbon monoxide and dimethyl ether vapor phase direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate , explore the synthesis of new routes . Sol - gel prepared by Nanometer CeO2 prepared by impregnation PdCl2/CeO2 , / of CeO2 catalyst ( PdCl2 - CuCl) and prepared using the composite carrier CeO2 ZrO2 and CeO2 MoO3 dual the nuclear catalyst ( PdCl2 - CuCl) / of Ce1 - xMoxO2 x, (PdCl2-CuCl) / Ce1-xZrxO2 , etc. , and the catalysts were characterized . The experiment was conducted in a stainless steel reactor . Investigated the impact of factors such as reaction temperature, reaction time , amount of catalyst on the yield of the reaction through a large number of tests , respectively , to find the most suitable laboratory reaction conditions in this synthesis reaction : O2 : CO : DME = 1:2:2 ; reaction temperature : 373K ; catalyst dosage : 8.0g ; sampling time : 3h . And to explore the possible reaction mechanism of the catalytic synthesis .
