Abstract


High performance organic pigments(HPOP) have the wonderful colour, outstanding chemical and physical stability,the production of HPOP is only 8%of the all organic pigments,but the value of it is 35%of the all.The number of the HPOP molecule structures is only about dozens,but when the parent molecules is finished by various technologies,then the products will appear more colour and some unique performance.HPOP were disposed by sulfonic acid as the acid pasting method,including Quinacridone,Carbazole Violet and Perylene Red.Then the pigments were given new colour and new characteristic.The solid solution mixing Quinacridone and Indanthren Blue were prepared by acid pasting method,the thermal stability of this solid solution was promoted obviously.The particle size and the crystal structure of these pigments were measured by SEM and XRD.The particle size would be decreased after being disposed by acid pasting,and the crystal structure would be changed.These pigments we made in our experiments showed various colour by different finishing method,and the solid solution showed higher thermal stability,which coud be applied in some projects that need high temperature and various colour.
