Abstract


In the economic globalization today , enterprises are facing an increasingly competitive market , emphasis on the strategic importance of performance management is a key factor in business success . To survive in the fierce competition to develop , grow up , companies would have to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage, and performance management in creating and sustaining competitive advantage has played an irreplaceable role. Effective performance management system can also help each department and staff are constantly improving their behavior, give full play to their initiative to improve job performance . Thus , performance management in the modern enterprise management holds an important position . This paper selects Hunan Dongting Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the study, a theoretical and a practical combination of research methods, the company's actual situation exhaustive research, combined with employee performance management related theory and literature , pointing out the company's Employee Performance Management system problems , its causes conducted in-depth analysis . On this basis , the author proposed to build a specific Dongting Pharmaceutical Co., employee performance management optimization design principles , ideas , as well as having the characteristics of a specific design process. The new performance management system using PDCA performance management system , performance management processes in the original by adding the two feedback system, so that the downward communication becomes a two -way interactive communication . Finally, the paper describes the Hunan Dongting Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The new performance management system, the implementation of the new system was evaluated and analyzed the implementation process of the system reflects the advantages and disadvantages , and further made ​​a lot of sound performance management system safeguards. Different companies on the importance of performance management research and to varying degrees , will lead to the implementation and effectiveness of different ways , which largely affect the company's strategic objectives. Meanwhile, this study also hopes for the subsequent performance of the industry 's employees to improve corporate performance management research and provide reference material .
