Abstract


With the development of economic globalization, the internationalization of the market, and information technology, the competitive environment of enterprises have happened fundamental change, scale growth as the main feature of the extensive and dilated enterprise group management model, has been far far can not meet the current competition in the market situation and enterprise development requirements, centralized management of funds is the main line of a new generation of enterprise management thought are a number of large enterprise groups have sprung up, \\Enterprise group under the management of funds in the new environment of the study mode problem, has important practical significance for the development of enterprise groups in China. In this paper, based on the theory of transaction costs, asymmetric information theory, and law and finance theory for the analysis of China Pharmaceutical Group objects of enterprise groups, especially China Pharmaceutical Group capital management strategy. The basic theory of this paper include: (1) China National Pharmaceutical Group presence of such a large amount of idle precipitation Group member companies have relatively high monetary funds the preference preference of short-term debt financing than long-term debt financing, finance charges and fund management management expenses to the lack of global co-ordination and other issues, the level and intensity of centralized management of funds are to be improved; China Pharmaceutical Group funds management concentration with the Group's operating performance between a positive correlation between (2006-2008), in particular, the most significant monetary funds followed by short-term liabilities and current assets necessity and rationality of centralized management of funds for the enterprise group, which provides evidence based on the reality of China's pharmaceutical business enterprise group; (2) funds based on the reality of China Pharmaceutical Group and enterprise groups in China Centralized management trends, the CBS platform-based centralized fund management ideas in the development of the China National Pharmaceutical Group, including funds for budget management, investment management, finance management and financial risk management specific ideas and measures. Group's internal capital market and stressed the important role of the Group's capital management efficiency. This study hopes of enterprise groups in China, especially in the pharmaceutical business enterprise groups to improve the efficiency of fund management, build internal capital market, to create shareholder value benefit.
