Abstract


In this paper, the nano- composite plated technology , aluminum oxalic acid and sulfuric acid anodizing film porosity control TiO2/Cu nano- composite coatings prepared in the film surface . By electrochemical techniques , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and spectrophotometer the nano - composite coating corrosion resistance , morphology , phase structure and photocatalytic properties test research . Through the experimental study of the system to obtain the following results : regulation through the pores of the anodic oxide film successfully in oxalic acid and sulfuric acid anodizing of aluminum oxide film prepared TiO2/Cu nano- composite coatings . 2. Corrosion resistance by TiO2/Cu nano- composite coatings nano - composite coatings prepared in oxalic acid anodizing film surface corrosion resistance superior nanocomposite coatings prepared by sulfuric acid anodizing film surface under the same conditions . Also found that , compared with the Cu plating contain TiO2 nano composite coatings containing TiO2 these two better . Nano-composite coatings TiO2/Cu morphology study found , the addition of TiO2 Nanoparticles coatings can be significantly improved density and surface roughness , and is conducive to the uniform and fine organizational structure . 4 . Photocatalytic experimental results found that nano - composite coatings prepared TiO2/Cu oxalic acid and sulfuric acid anodizing film surface can reduce the concentration of methyl orange solution with the time increasing absorbance decreases , and does not contain TiO2 the coating did not play such effects, instructions the prepared TiO2/Cu nano composite coating having a photocatalytic activity, and also proved that the film does have the presence of TiO2 and . At the same time , also found that these two TiO2/Cu nano- composite coatings exhibited similar photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange .
