Abstract


In recent years, with the development of cement kiln technology and the consciousness strength of environmental protection of people, the magnesite-chromite bricks used in burning strip are replaced by basic bricks without chrome in recreasing. But because the capability, and the issue of price, there are many troubles in becoming the basic bricks used in cement kiln without chrome. In this paper, two kinds of additives which respectively include ZrO2 and Fe2O3 were added in bricks, acrossing to inspect the property of MgO-MgO ? Al2O3 brick .especially on the property of adhibiting cement, it shows that:1 .The MgO-MgO ? Al2O3 brick can’t adhibit cement when add Y2O3-ZrO2, nano matreial, or MgO-CaO-Fe2O3 separately;2.When add 2.3% desilicate zirconia or 7% ZrO2+Fe2O3 or 9% FeAl2O4 in MgO-MgO ? Al2O3 brick, it can adhibits cement fastnessly, their refractoriness under load can satisfy the using codition;3.The physical property of MgO-MgO ? Al2O3 bricks which include desilicate zirconia is worse than the bricks which include FeAl2O4. But the synthesis technics of FeAl2O4 is difficult, FeAl2O4 can also introduce Fe2O3 which sensitive to atmosphere. So if the MgO-MgO ? Al2O3 brick’s physical property can improve, the additive of desilicate zirconia is best.
