Abstract


With the development of China's industrial and energy prices rising , study how to reduce fuel consumption , it is an urgent task of the refractories industry . The tunnel kiln is a device commonly used in manufacture of refractory materials , the device through the combustion of the fuel , the refractory products is heated to the temperature of the process requirements of the fuel combustion process is directly related to the quality of the product and the economic efficiency of enterprises . Therefore , the actual significance tunnel kiln fuel combustion process modeling and optimization . Tunnel kiln refractory products production equipment to a company background , on the basis of in -depth study of the tunnel kiln production process and fuel combustion process principle , the establishment of a mathematical model of the tunnel kiln with fuel combustion process , analysis of tunnel kiln the times wind flow and firing with the combustion air flow by parking on fuel consumption ; built fuel combustion process model \annealing genetic algorithm and and optimization objectives optimization solution based on this method . The simulation comparison proved that the improved simulated annealing genetic algorithm has better global optimization capability and higher optimization precision , but also proved the effectiveness of the method to solve the problem in this article . Results from this tunnel kiln firing with fuel combustion process optimization analysis , this paper established tunnel kiln firing realistic mathematical model under certain conditions , with the fuel combustion process can be used for quantitative analysis of related factors that influence fuel consumption , seek energy-saving measures has certain significance .
