Departure from the National Institute of Standards and market demand , a more comprehensive and detailed description of the 0.5S level three-phase multifunction energy meter hardware and software design and process test design and research , and experimental verification of the correctness and validity . Around the \table of measurement accuracy of the design are discussed , and part of the measurement circuit is designed and implemented , is proposed error compensation method , and get validation and optimization ; around power outage meter reading and total loss of pressure detection 0.5S three-phase multifunction energy meter power management needs research , design , and effective power management circuit and software strategy . Besides, the the 0.5S level three-phase multifunction energy meter overall design and technology test design and production samples last detail tests and by the department in charge of inspection and acceptance by the customer , the products have been put into . The Production Statistics show that the error compensation process , the rate of qualified products increased from 23% to 100% , and the production process complexity does not increase , the operation is more simple . Confirmatory comparison of this paper, the effect of the error compensation process . The results show that after the product of the error compensation , the error has been greatly superior Class 0.5S 0.2S level standards .
