Abstract


Substation training simulation system can enhance the power system operation personnel positions operating skills , in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the power sector . With the development of modern power systems , substation data communications have become increasingly demanding , the digital substation emerged . This new Substation Training Simulation System . This article is designed Substation Training Simulation System -kind type of a method for the combined unit device . The combined unit in accordance with the FT3 the format and IEEE802-3 format the the virtual primary system in the current and voltage data sent to a real system of secondary and convert them into a the conventional substation simulation of analog . In order to merge unit with high reliability and flexibility , choice is rich in resources and programmable FPGA chip hardware core as a combined unit . Conducted a detailed analysis of the function of the combined unit , design signal synchronization , data encoding and decoding with a set of frames , the interpolation calculation , CRC checksum , D / A conversion control , and the Ethernet controller controls other functional modules . The time required in order to reduce the data codec , with the set of frames and the interpolation calculation , the design of the module to make a parallel technology , in a timely manner so that data can transmitted to the real secondary system . The consolidated unit designed not only to meet the needs of conventional substation and digital substation training simulation systems , and equipment of high reliability and data transmission latency , fully compliant with IEC61850 substation automation communication standard .
