Abstract

Resource endowment has important strategic significance for a country's economic development. Tariff reform should be to do the first step in the reform of the electricity market, the core of the reform of the electricity market is the tariff reform, introduce competition into the electricity market, it should be the first to rationalize the tariff. How to achieve the rationalization of the tariff, in the context of the era of global economy, not behind closed doors, but should be effectively evaluate and compare the electricity tariff market of other countries to form a forward-looking and reflect the competitive tariff reform program.
