Abstract


To plastic water lubricated bearing friction and wear testing machine throughout the design process as an example , this paper analyzes the development status and problems faced by domestic and foreign plastic nylon bearings , domestic and international background of the water lubricated bearing applications ; then describes in detail the entire test machine design process , including design check of the mechanical part of the testing machine and virtual instrument technology in the measurement and control system of the testing machine ; articles final design is completed plastic nylon bearing friction and wear tester of two different components nylon bearing material tested . Mechanical structure design , design for friction testing machine the Vice specific situation the way of loading and measurement system , lubrication system , the transmission system of the testing machine , load design , the important part of checking . This part of the main work , including the choice of the drive shaft in the transmission system of the testing machine design as well as links and health check, bearings and bearing checking , choice of couplings ; loading system screw plus leverage manually loading mode design ; testing machine control cabinet design . The design of the monitoring and control platform , the virtual instrument technology to build the measurement and control system of the testing machine measurement signal measured on the test machine , select the appropriate number of mining equipment , test measurement signal the incoming host computer in real time by the number of mining equipment the local computer for display , analysis and storage , development environment LabVIEW virtual instrument introduced to LabVIEw design and completion of a test drive test analysis software . The plastic nylon bearing friction and wear tester practical application results show that : the design of the testing machine can test accurately the plastic the nylon bearing the PV value , and thus provide the basis for the relevant product testing and production control . Also show that the application of virtual instrument technology in measurement and control can greatly improve the efficiency of monitoring and control system development , shorten development time and reduce development effort .
