Abstract


Post-project evaluation system to objectively analyze the investment objectives of the project has been completed , the implementation process , effectiveness , role and influence ; summary and evaluation of all aspects of work in the process of decision - making and implementation of investment projects , to assess whether the goal of the project is expected reached , the plan is reasonable and effective to achieve major efficiency indicators ; through project success or failure of reason analysis , lessons learned , and provide a reference to improve decision-making and management of future projects , thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the project . Firstly, based on the general theory and methods of project evaluation , on the basis of the actual survey analysis , combined with the actual situation in the Zhaoxian Dashiqiao substation projects put into operation , the Analytic Hierarchy Process , a variety of methods to build the project , after the evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation post comprehensive evaluation index system and Zhaoxian Dashiqiao 110KV substation project , the results of the evaluation show that : Zhaoxian Dashiqiao after 110KV substation project evaluation , but the ongoing evaluation of the project in various evaluation compared with other evaluation there is still a gap. According to the results of the evaluation , the proposed research prospects , with reference to similar projects in the future management decisions .
