Abstract


In order to solve the high-voltage insulator anti flashover accident , the paper first introduces the mechanism of pollution flashover understand the leakage current characteristics . Improvements to the design and structure of the conventional current sensors , to replace the core material higher permeability nanocrystalline alloy , thereby increasing the band width and the stability of the sensor , it more consistent with the measured characteristics of the insulator leakage current requirements. Meanwhile, for the cause of the error of the current sensor - excitation current , conducted in-depth study , analysis data by trial and eventually come to the laws of the influence of the excitation current to the sensor , and a determination algorithm for the sensor sub - side turns new ideas. Finally, for the first time using the EMD algorithm to the collected leakage current signal analysis and processing , and EMD algorithm boundary effects on the improvements in the algorithms .
