Abstract


With economic globalization , China is also gradually into the worldwide economic tide of the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises , project management will become very popular . Accurate and in-depth evaluation of the project's ability to communicate , can help project managers to take appropriate measures to improve communication skills , not only has an important theoretical significance , but also has a great practical significance . This article is based on the research background and research purposes , and in-depth analysis of the impact of communication management factors to quantify the various factors , the establishment of an evaluation project communication effectiveness index system , and the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the indicators . Finally, the combination of the Queensland electricity a 2 × 300MW thermal power units construction projects , the practical application of analysis of performance indicators established communication system , in order to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the system .
