Abstract


Along with the deepening of the power system, power generation enterprises is facing a severe test, in reality, the objective environment of complexity and unpredictability of the market, so that the financial risks power companies to become the most significant risks. This paper describes the meaning of risk and financial risk; with the status quo analysis of the electricity market environment, generating a source of corporate financial risk and financial risk of the types of power generation enterprises; a variety of models based on risk measurement principle, the power generation fuel cost risk business environment the cost of risk, the risk of generating capacity, electricity price risk and policy risk carried out a detailed analysis; concludes with a power generation enterprise financial risk management strategies.
