Abstract


Electric power construction project has a large investment, long construction period, the difficult and complicated technology and engineering party many characteristics, in the process of building the unforeseen factors, engineering construction will inevitably face various risks, such as do not add guard, will not only affect the smooth progress of construction, and even serious consequences. Based on the modern risk management theory based on the analysis of the, "dalian 2 x 300 mw power construction project as an example to electric power construction project risk management research. In the electric power construction project risk identification was established on the basis of a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the electric power construction project risk management evaluation model, and according to the actual project risk, make the risk response strategy, the project implementation of the risk control in the reasonable scope, ensure that power engineering construction project management goal task successfully completed. The paper studies the rich power engineering project risk management theory, the domestic other similar electric power engineering construction project smooth implementation has positive guidance and reference for the role.
