Abstract


The rapid development of the world insurance industry , the insurance in the status and role of the national economy on the rise. With economic globalization , growing competition and the emergence of network ties , China's insurance industry as an important part of the financial system , will further accelerate the process of opening . As owners of Shenyang PICC channels China People's Insurance Company ( hereinafter referred to as PICC) Shenyang Branch inevitably suffer from the many challenges , we must continue to maintain our market share and competitive advantage , it must be development ideas, targeting, core competitiveness and sustainable development in a major adjustment on strategic steps to re-establish a new development strategy , to the fierce competitive environment, weaknesses , and constantly improve the management level, vigorously develop the domestic and international property and casualty insurance market , then plastic Shenyang Branch of PICC new glory .
