Abstract


European Union as the world's highest level of integration of the regional organization , one of its international political and economic status has been more and more certain that they have a legal system is also distinctive . Fifty years, the regionalization of EU law in the continuing development of the European Union to promote the continuous development of the economy at the same time , the world also provides a new field of study . From the unified customs union into a single market foreign trade legal system is implemented remarkable achievements in European integration , through the \to economic globalization has brought new inspiration. In the context of economic globalization , between different countries and regions of conflict of laws hinder economic development. It is from this level, as a legal solution to the problem of regionalization has become a key research through the development of the law to achieve regionalization in promoting the development of economic globalization . In this context , it is necessary to strengthen the EU legal research and analysis on regionalization .
