Abstract


In order to achieve effective and good control of the different operating conditions of the engine , must match the engine electronic control unit calibration to determine the control parameters . MAP calibration different working conditions based on the engine , the engine basic ignition advance angle and injection pulse width control commands sent to the electronic control unit , in accordance with the modified online control strategy implementation and control data control , the highest level in the engine control system control software. , Combined with the actual situation on the basis of the analysis of domestic and international electronically controlled engine calibration system (ECS, Electronic Calibration System) , electronically controlled engine calibration system overall program , the design of the the calibration system function module . Calibration system hardware mainly by the host ( IPC ) and the PCI2013 data acquisition card , data acquisition , analysis and processing , communications and electronic control unit , issue control commands and modify . The signal processing circuit is designed , such as the crank position signal , the oxygen sensor signal, throttle position signal and the temperature signal . A perfect combination of the previous research in the laboratory of the drive circuit , and enhanced the hardware circuit anti-jamming design a Windows-based environment , using the calibration system software is written in Visual C MFC on the basis of the establishment of the SDI software architecture , multi-threading and some high-level control ( MSComm , etc. ) , to achieve higher speed data transfer between the calibration system and the electronic control unit . The host and the electronic control unit via the serial port for data transmission, and effective monitoring of the running state of the engine . ECS using Visual C and MATLAB mixed program development to achieve the numerical calculation using third-party software MATCOM good effect and graphic image processing , provides a good platform for the follow-up to more complex data processing . The research and development of electronic control calibration system in NQ190N gas engine on a preliminary pilot study , completed basic engine jet and basic ignition advance angle MAP preparation . The tests showed that the calibration system software friendly interface , easy operation , versatility , and function relatively complete , online data collection , graphical display , data retention , modify , use the calibration system to achieve the expected effect .
