This topic is further research on the basis of the previous diesel engine fault diagnosis system of diesel engine wear coefficient estimates . Diagnostic Engineering Center of Northeastern University equipment 65,182 troops of the Shenyang Military Region of the actual project as background . This paper mainly diesel engine integrated wear coefficient explore the diesel engine wear failure analysis , and diesel engine integrated predict wear condition to ensure that the unfavorable factors can be found in a timely manner , whether direct or indirect influence on the engine wear . Average speed , oil pressure , oil temperature as the independent variable , the wear coefficient of nonlinear function of artificial neural network method to establish the relationship between the wear coefficient with three parameters . Give New Estimation of diesel engine wear , wear coefficient provided by this method is the practical use of this wear coefficient calculated reserve mileage forecast analysis for the diesel engine good running condition . In order to be able to complete the training of the neural network , requires a large number of data samples . Due to limited conditions , it is difficult to get all the data measured . So they are part of the data according to local conditions to derive all the data in all conditions . This article studies the internal relations of the local data , proposed reasonable assumptions , data extended to multi-dimensional space . Due to the large amount of data of the subject classification mode , a single network will inevitably result in the structure of the network is too large, the network training time is too long , not even training . In view of this situation , starting from a single neural network , from the point of view of information fusion integrated neural networks . Of integrated neural network implementation strategy and the formation of principles and gives the the wear coefficient estimates instance , to prove the feasibility and estimate the accuracy of the results of the neural network modeling method .
