Abstract


In an increasingly competitive global economic environment , the construction enterprises are facing all-round competition. Construction enterprises, as a long-term project management organization to strengthen its project management capabilities , and continuously improve project management capabilities to enhance their competitiveness. To improve project management capabilities , construction companies need to understand their ability to locate themselves . Project management capability evaluation model for the construction companies to provide a measuring and improving their ability to scale . Project management capability evaluation model can determine the construction enterprise in which the level of project management skills , understand the business already has the capacity and the need to strengthen aspects , and through the implementation of a clear pathway to guide enterprises to achieve a higher level of project management capabilities to enable enterprises have a stronger project management skills. This paper systematically studied and explored the construction enterprise project management capacity assessment theory and method , according to the Chinese construction enterprise project management features, refer to the Capability Maturity Model CMM established a five- level project management capability evaluation model, which will be the construction enterprise project management capabilities from low to high level at the order level is divided into chaos , a simple level , standardized level and management level , optimizing the grade five level . Then analyze the impact of construction of the main factors of enterprise project management , building construction enterprise project management capabilities of the model evaluation index system : the ability to project initiation process , project planning process capability , ability to project implementation , project monitoring process capability , process capability This project closeout five process capability , coupled with project management capabilities and integrated project management system establishment and operation level , this capacity is an indicator seven areas . Then use the AHP method to determine the levels of index weight by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory , through the analysis of each evaluation factor for enterprise project management capabilities of different degree of influence , the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy evaluation model of project management capabilities for enterprise project management ability to quantify the evaluation value to determine the enterprise project management capabilities. Finally, specific cases , introduced based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project management capability evaluation model application .
