Abstract


Fault diagnosis of analog circuits is a more cutting-edge research topics . With the ultra- deep submicron semiconductor technology development , and to promote the emergence of a system-on-chip analog and digital mixed-signal circuit simulation test field appeared many new theoretical research topics , difficult to solve using conventional or traditional fault diagnosis theory and methods . The neural network has to deal with complex , multi- mode and association, speculate and memory function , which is particularly suitable for the fault diagnosis system . Neural network for fault diagnosis of analog circuits is the development trend . The main line of this paper, the application of neural network in analog circuit fault diagnosis , fuzzy theory , wavelet transform theory and information fusion theory of analog circuit fault feature extraction and fault diagnosis . Introduces the basic concepts of the neural network , the method focuses on the selection method of BP neural network structure and network parameters ; BP algorithm using DSP computing power and high accuracy to design analog circuit fault diagnosis system , the comparison with the traditional fault dictionary method , more accurate and convenient , and has a high practical value . The theory and method of fault diagnosis based on the integrated use of artificial intelligence , fuzzy theory and the theory of neural networks , fuzzy theory and neural network integration method , the basic structure and working principle of the integrated system . Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for large units , the proposed diagnosis method based on interval-valued fuzzy neural network . Discusses the basic theory of wavelet analysis and wavelet packet analysis , and discuss the general framework of multiresolution analysis , given the definition and nature of wavelet packet analysis and understanding , from the perspective of space decomposition of the wavelet packet analysis and wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithms ; analog circuit the IDDT fault diagnosis method based on wavelet - neural network -based , were applied multiresolution analysis and wavelet transform are two ways to extract the analog circuit IDDT the fault feature , given the detailed troubleshooting process . Diagnostic methods based on neural network information fusion technology is a typical feature level fusion , neural network information fusion diagnosis model , and the feasibility of this method is verified by the international standard circuit simulation .
