Abstract


The development of the mixed business and neighborhood streets as the city’s new state of evolution,it is the result of the match of the old and the new. As a part of urban living room, different people can participate in activities there and contact with each other. It reflects level of development of the urban social, economic and cultural. As well as, the development is good or bad also become an important factor of the success of .the whole city’s construction and update. But the status of the mix old and new business district is not optimistic. Facing the squeezing of the new business environment, landscape features and the original block in the transformation of the cultural connotations have been lost, and with the commercial interests continue to drive , single view of the business environment gradually fill the whole block, ignoring different needs that the different groups of people come to find. The mixed state and the environment of human loss which need us to discover the appropriate development theory and update policy, to improve the status of suffocating.This article select mixed old and new business environment and its symbiotic block the development of the landscape as the object of study, based on the theoretical analysis, through the research analysis of our existing business mix old and new neighborhoods typically conduct, summed up the existing issues of the old and new commercial mixed neighborhood of the existing landscape and environment. According to the pondering of the problems, analysis the conflicts of the business mix old and new in the street side landscape environment .from which we can explore the new and old business principle of symbiotic mixed neighborhood landscape, content and approach, and formed the system of symbiotic development framework of the mixed new and old business district landscape .
