The high-rise building society and the rapid economic development of the product, particularly in the past decade is just like springing up rapidly in the major cities of the central business district. Resolve the contradictions of the urban population increase and land tensions between; establish the image of the city, lots flag has irreplaceable advantages. The high-rise buildings are emerging at the same time a new round of reform and innovation that led to the construction industry, a variety of new technologies, new materials, new shapes, new theory attendant. Its city life, living concept, city skyline, city scenes and even urban planning system has a profound impact. The rapid development of high-rise buildings, are constantly changing face of the city; building too fast, ultra-high domestic projects more or less there will be some problems and deficiencies of the building use and urban landscape also brings a negative impact. First, the height of the high-rise buildings and facades effect its surrounding urban space, urban landscape influenced, if not handled properly, will not only affect the the harmonious urban skyline effect, but also adverse psychological impact on nearby activities crowd . Second, due to fire codes and the current structure of the level of restrictions, the prevalence of high-rise building core wall area is too large, the low internal practical problems. This is likely to cause a lot of space waste of resources. Finally, the problem of safe evacuation has been a major problem hindering the high-rise development. Increased building height is too high, the evacuation distance and evacuation time; fire ground fire but the system is difficult to fight the blaze. China yet no high-rise building fire safety regulations, especially the height of the building over 250m only by the national fire authorities to do special studies, feasibility studies, or comparative lack of objectivity and regularity. In this paper, several key aspects of the high-rise building design for the main object of study, J1-1 Lot Pearl River New City high-rise complex for the main case analysis; through its programs before and after contrast horizontal contrast with nearby high-rise building discuss the issue. This article focuses encountered in the design process of this high-rise complex: functional space layout, core tube design envelop system design, as well as the safe evacuation of some of the problems, explore reasonable solution to the problem through theoretical studies and examples of contrast the most effective way. At the same time, through the review and summarize the proven design methods and theory, provide an idea and a useful reference for later the same type of high-rise design to solve these problems.
