Abstract


With the increasingly competitive international engineering contracting market , in order to win a competitive advantage in the market , to build , strengthen or expand the enterprise core competencies strategic M \u0026 A activity for the purpose of growing prosperity in the international engineering contracting business . The choice of the target company is an international engineering contracting business the first step in the implementation of strategic acquisitions , its success related to the success or failure of the enterprise strategic acquisitions . Strategic M \u0026 A purposes determined by the identification and assessment of the enterprise's own core competencies ; the target enterprise conditions including industry factors , operating factors , legal factors , financial factors and cultural factors ; environmental factors , including the political environment , economic environment and industry environment ; The synergies of strategic acquisitions can bring synergistic value for the enterprise .
