Abstract

Mass media as human information dissemination emerging means, has been flooded every corner of our lives, in a sense, this emerging field of media is a possible change of the incredible power of the human condition [1]. Especially in recent years, the development of China's mass media very rapidly in its coverage across the country, has had a profound impact on all aspects of political, economic, cultural, as well as the daily lives of ordinary people way our society. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, starting from the architectural point of view, combined with the existing academic research, discussed in detail the process of the development of the field of design of residential buildings in China under the influence of mass media for the future use of the media for the architectural design work service, provide the theoretical basis, in order to make the problem can be described in detail, this article the China residential architectural design is divided into residential area planning and design, graphic design and residential construction residential construction dwelling design three aspects were discussed, relevant media information analyzed, summarized the specific design data and conclusions. Study found that the impact of mass media on society as a whole, must to a large extent reflected in people's minds, aesthetic awareness of the formation and development process, and thus a corresponding impact on the various sectors of the society for the design of residential buildings mainly in the field of the double impact of positive and negative: positive impact mainly in: the mass media contains a large number of positive, scientific and rational information content, the all-round development of the architect provides a convenient, fast, and widely accepted information resource conditions and means; Ads channels for different sectors of the community groups and institutions to help the national government agencies to understand their needs, to develop and promote residential architectural design of macro-control policy, to guide the design of residential buildings to conducive to the development of the direction of the country's overall construction; also help architects and developers to grasp the market, adjust the design ideas that better suited the needs of the public; good mass media to guide public opinion and propaganda effect, which greatly promoted the outstanding residential the promotion and application of architectural design results in the whole of society to achieve its social value can be maximized. Negative impact mainly in: the part of the information content of the mass media is negative even in the presence of deceptive; unethical mass media use and illegal use of misleading the public aesthetic orientation, thereby disrupting the healthy development of the field of the design of residential buildings in China; mass media a wealth of information resources caused by the prevalence of \In real life, the influence of mass media the positive factors and negative factors of the design of residential buildings often exist simultaneously, the nature of the impact does not depend on the form of the mass media itself, but rather it spread, and whether the audience's guide appropriate. With the development of science and technology and socio-economic impact of mass media on the design of residential buildings will continue, and continue to deepen the objective facts, we can not avoid or bypass. The new era of residential architectural design in order to achieve good social effect, it must be full utilization of favorable factors, resist and eliminate the negative effects of mass media, for the architectural design of the new era should continuously improve their professionalism, gradually upgrade their level of appreciation and the ability to identify, at the same time, we must learn to grasp the initiative in the propaganda, guide and regulate the development direction of the mass media, making it an effective tool to promote the healthy development of the design of residential buildings.
