Abstract


With the acceleration of urbanization, the living conditions and living conditions have been greatly improved, the new residential communities have a successful experience, but there are also some design is missing. Many new settlements inhabited solely to meet the material needs but ignored the spiritual needs of the inhabitants, who owns a home has its own \Today's rare to see people living communities exchanges lively scene, residents lack of communication, interpersonal indifference, lonely elderly people, children's playmate ...... consequent lack of a series of social problems make people contacts become the focus of attention. In the new residential community residents daily interactions, activities, what are the characteristics? Exchanges condition and how? Residents of the new living environment What's new requirements? What new communities are also facing new problems? Many upscale communities for Landscape Design very elegant, but whether this is the pursuit of a better home? these have attracted great interest in the author. I hope that through exchanges in better condition for a residential community for meticulous research, clear communication characteristics of the residents, as well as residents of the new community interaction and spatial relationships. Based on long-term observation of the residents association and interaction space analysis, summarized the law of exchanges and interaction space to explore the design space communication strategy. Paper is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter is the introduction of the thesis research the origin, the research object, content, purpose, research status, research methods, concepts and technologies related to the framework made general introduction. The second chapter reviews the resident interaction and communication space-related content and features, as this study provides a theoretical basis. Chapter III of this paper to develop specific research programs, clear the papers need to obtain data and information. Fourth, fifth and sixth chapters is an instance of investigation and analysis, by observing the daily life of the residents association, analyze spatial characteristics and nature, combined with questionnaires and interviews with residents of the content, summed exchanges and mutual influence between space law. Chapter VII of the research-based analysis, summed up the research used to guide the design of the law to explore the communication space design strategy. In order to facilitate induction, this chapter will contact space divided into different levels and different types are discussed. Chapter epilogue written when the author conducting thesis research some insights, as well as the lack of this study.
