Abstract


Throughout the world the development of education , since the 20th century, 90 years , many countries in the world conform to the trend of the times and society , continue to strengthen language ( mother tongue ) curriculum reform , not only the language curriculum and teaching rapid development , more so made ??for elective courses important pillar of mother-tongue education , the creation of language elective courses will also become the 21st century the world 's hotspots for native language curriculum reform . And China is also in the turn of the century after a century of vicissitudes in the Chinese language education began the eighth basic education curriculum reform , enacted in 2001 trial \\And such a large set language elective courses in the history of education in China is unprecedented, is a new attempt and highlights , it is a huge challenge and \Especially in the current elective courses in the experimental area initial implementation point of view, although made ??some achievements, but overall not satisfactory , a variety of conditions and factors limiting the impact of the implementation of the elective courses , there has been ideal and the reality of serious dislocation in the theoretical understanding and practical operational aspects, such as the emergence of many problems to be solved .
