Abstract


Status of College Teachers college level is a measure of a most decisive factor, high-quality teachers is to achieve the sound development of university itself to fulfill an important guarantee for university functions. How to build a high-quality teachers is the main theme of university development process. Highly qualified teachers is the key to establish a scientific and feasible college teachers performance evaluation theory and ideas. Formulation combined with the actual situation of teacher evaluation system can not only stimulate the potential to improve the ability to innovate, to guide teachers to a higher level, there are also conducive to academic progress, to improve the overall level of the school. In this paper, the research results, performance evaluation theory and university management theory as a guide, how to be more scientific research on university teachers of this special group of mental evaluation of job performance: First, in the literature on the analysis and summary actual questionnaire interviews, performance evaluation of College Teachers in China's basic problems were qualitatively described.
