Abstract


The the different vanillin and veratraldehyde occupies a pivotal position is very important the aromatic aldehydes spices, spice market at home and abroad , however, the different vanillin, the veratraldehyde Production prevalence of high cost, low yield of separation of purified difficulties and other problems to be solved . Therefore, to explore research the different vanillin and veratraldehyde synthetic route is an interesting topic . This thesis is first prepared for the 3, 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde , 3, 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde as the raw material , comparing the methylation of dimethyl sulfate , methyl iodide , dimethyl carbonate three methylating reagent effect , and then to use sulfuric acid dimethyl ester the methylation reagents were synthesized the different vanillin and veratraldehyde . This paper focuses on is dimethyl sulfate Preparation of iso - vanillin , through several experiments to optimize the reaction conditions , of the molar ratio of the reaction material , feeding method , the reaction temperature , time , the selection of solvent for the reaction yield and product selection of impact . In this paper, the the different vanillin separation and purification methods discussed selective as salt - recrystallization isolated the different vanillin pure been reported . This article in preparation veratraldehyde , in accordance with a preliminary comparison of the vanillin synthetic route dimethyl sulfate and dimethyl carbonate method . Vanillin and dimethyl sulfate raw synthesis veratraldehyde to process to optimize the reaction molar ratio .
