Abstract


Sports teaching teachers \and to improve student learning initiative and creativity, the ability to enable students to analyze and solve problems. In the in sports teaching process, many teachers only emphasized that teachers \the quality of the master. Through access to sports teaching information technology, the teaching methods, teaching means more, starting from the perspective of students learning methods, learning outcomes of the study is relatively small. In this study, the use of cognitive strategy instruction in Taekwondo teaching, focusing on \I inspection through literature books and journals on the aspects of Taekwondo Network, a preliminary understanding of the the Taekwondo technology status and development of dynamic, and read the books of cognitive strategies in depth, on the basis of the results of these theoretical studies, for recognized knowledge strategy in taekwondo teaching \technical evaluation of the specific standard, the ATAS more objective; Taekwondo teaching, the implementation of the experimental method, the control group, according to the traditional method of teaching, the experimental group using cognitive strategy instruction; experimental data are data are used SPSS11.5 software package for mathematical statistical comparison between groups using statistical methods independent samples T-test, paired samples T-test was used to compare the group, and finally come to the following conclusions: 1, before the experiment, the experimental group and a control group of taekwondo athletes ability of physical fitness and cognitive strategies no significant difference, p values ??were greater than 0.05.2, by comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group teaching effectiveness that after the experiment, the theoretical results of the experimental group in taekwondo, taekwondo professional and technical achievements than the control group and the three aspects of the real achievements excellent, with a significant difference, but the the learning attitude experimental group and the control group did not make any difference. 3, after the experiment, the ability of the experimental group and the control group cognitive strategies for independent samples T-test experimental group in goal directed strategy, questioning strategies, pay attention to the feedback strategy, retelling strategy, fine machining strategies and organizational strategy on six dimensions P values ??were less than 0.01, and has a significant difference. Paired T-test level of cognitive strategies in the control group before and after the experiment, before the experiment goal orientation strategies, questioning strategies, pay attention to feedback strategy, retelling strategies, fine processing strategy and organizational strategy on six dimensions P values ??were greater than 0.05, cognitive strategies the ability of the control group before and after experiment no significant difference.
