Abstract


Wood drying stress is a major factor in the drying process drying defects . This article is designed according to the principles of the digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) detect stress the non-destructive testing of a non-contact method of strain in the wood drying process . The maximum strain values ??in the drying process does not represent the wood drying stress maximum , traditional wood drying stress detection method is performed after the stress occurs detected stress occurs when the value can not be detected , has certain limitations . This paper attempts to use the wood drying surface displacement of measured point rate of change that the strain rate to represent the state of stress in the wood drying process , initially proposed the idea of a wood drying stress evaluation system . The results show that : the wood surface displacement of measured point and time there is a logarithmic relationship , a linear relationship between the amount of moisture content changes ; slicing method of wood drying stress stress index a lot of errors , its the one hand, due to the ambient temperature . humidity , on the other hand sliced ??difficult to produce ; major factors affecting the wood drying stress strain rate , drying temperature, moisture gradient , temperature gradient . In order to confirm this point of view is more accurate , the article also designed drying stress and its main impact factors of automatic data acquisition system, the completion of the preliminary system can strain rate and the average moisture content of the automatic data acquisition ; improved system can automatically record the strain rate , wood moisture content, moisture gradient , the relationship between temperature gradient and stress .
