Abstract


As society gradually enter the era of knowledge economy , the development of enterprises grow increasingly rely on knowledge contribution . Knowledge as an important resource , enterprises are becoming increasingly evident. Knowledge as the core of the intellectual capital of the enterprise growth play an increasingly important role , plays a strategic role in the decision . Our intellectual capital research is still at a preliminary stage , and existing studies limited to theoretical aspects , and lack of concern for enterprises, especially IT companies . IT enterprises and enterprises with high degree of dependence on corporate intellectual capital , and the development of the national economy depends more and more on the development of information technology enterprises , this article by the empirical analysis of the IT enterprise intellectual capital and corporate growth , to prove the relationship between intellectual capital and corporate growth . Comments on the study of the relationship between the existing IT enterprises at home and abroad intellectual capital and corporate growth , IT enterprises listed companies in Shanghai as the research object , by using SPSS software for statistical analysis of its financial report released empirical study sample enterprise intellectual capital and corporate growth , and draw both the regression equation . Through both theoretical and empirical research , the study conclusions were drawn : corporate intellectual capital of its growth has a significant direct positive impact effect , the rapid development of the IT enterprise intellectual capital to expand the IT enterprise market competition force to gain a competitive advantage in the market , able to rapidly expand the company 's market share and visibility , promote the rapid growth of the enterprise . Based on this conclusion , IT companies need to establish a professional intellectual capital management authority , emphasis on human capital development , and to optimize the corporate structure of the capital , the emphasis on customer capital management four recommendations to enhance the degree of importance of intellectual capital in the enterprise , for good growth provide a new impetus .
