The subway construction in China today has been in a rapid development stage. In one decade,the subway build in China is equal to build in other countries in the word. The construction of subway system have brought varying degrees impact to the city development morphology, population distribution, economic development and urban policies.The subway construction combined with the development of surrounding areas to do comprehensive exploiture is inevitable to the development of subway and urban, and it has great significance. Many subway construction corporations, government departments and designers are thinking about a problem that how to do commerce exploiture above the stations.And that needs to do more studies.The main research of the paper is on the mode and work process of commerce exploiture above stations.Learn from the external experience,the paper proposed the mode of commerce exploiture above subway,the process of exploiture work,and some conceptive about underground and overground space of subway stations, and about the exploiture in depot.On the basis,combined the trait of Nanjing Metro Line 11,the paper propose the conceive about commerce exploiture above stations.At present there are many research on commerce exploiture above subway stations at home and abroad.In Japan and Hong Kong,the commerce above subway stations is included in the overall plans when the subway is constructed.The model of subway and commerce has been successful.Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities are also being useful discussions.In China,the subway consruction is influenced by the land policy, implementation efforts of urban planning, the necessary human, material for the exploiture of Corporation.A good solution for commerce above stations, requires the relevant government departments, subway corporations and designers do research combined with the city’s unified development plan.In this way,it can promote urban development, play a key to urban public passenger transport, reduce the government subsidies to achieve g benefits.
