Abstract


The towed artillery as the main weapon of the artillery , a huge quantity of equipment . Operation using frequent wear phenomena inevitably produce a continuation of the time and with the equipment and even more serious ; maintenance, custody improper parts , but also accelerate the wear rate . Artillery key components wear not only shorten the artillery service life , but also may cause operation failure , reduce the reliability and combat effectiveness ; improper handling will also affect the safe operation , even causing casualties . In view of the above situation, there is an urgent need to design a set of fault diagnosis expert system to ensure the artillery always keep in good technical condition . In this paper, based on the the cannon structure and features , divided into 11 key components . Wear mechanism analysis summarizes the mechanical wear and tear with the variation of the external factors . Comprehensive analysis to determine the ablation wear , abrasive wear and adhesive wear is the main reason for the artillery mechanical wear for wear phenomena and external factors . According to analysis of the key the component subsystems life distribution law , the use of the reliability of systems engineering theory to establish a the artillery system reliability model . Characteristics for artillery systems maintenance and artillery systems concept tree based on the proposed integrated framework , rules based object-oriented knowledge representation method , the the maintenance object structure , function attributes , behavioral characteristics , fault diagnosis and treatment knowledge encapsulation \In this paper, the use of VC Language artillery fault diagnosis expert system . The system provides fault query , add or remove fault diagnosis, fault display , fault Remarks , failure cause analysis to solve a variety of functions , measures and assistance services and has a friendly interface , efficient and scientific reasoning strategies , convenient characteristics of knowledge acquisition means . The artillery fault diagnosis system of the common faults reasonable quantitative treatment is bound to effective prevention and reduce key components wear , to enhance the reliability and combat effectiveness of the artillery .
