Abstract


In the era of rapid development of economic globalization, the development of international trade shows new feature. With labor, land and other resources as comparative advantages to explain international trade is limited. For example, for a long time, many developed countries set up various kinds of standard system to protect their own trade interests in international market, hindered the normal development of foreign trade, the products have comparative advantages may not be involved in international trade, or may not be able to obtain lasting trade interests. Especially in agriculture field, the particularity of agricultural decides its importance, agricultural protectionism become the concern of the academic. Japan is one of the earlier countries to protect agriculture field. The establishment of WTO made the effects of untechnical trade barriers decline. Since the 21st century, new trade barriers become more and more, technical trade barriers become the main obstacles of Chinese agriculture products exporting to Japan.This paper concerns the field of Chinese agricultural products export to Japan. Since the 21st century, it revealed a general trend that the total export proportion of Japanese market continued to decline in Chinese total export of agricultural products. From 35.83% in 2001, it only for 19.6% in 2001, compared with 2001 dropped by 16.23%. Japan as Chinese important agricultural import market, this current situation deserves to ponder.This paper set the current condition of Chinese agricultural products export to Japan as the first, with the index that explained the problems. Through studying related issues in Japanese technical barriers to trade, in order to put forward reasonable effective countermeasures and suggestions in China agricultural products export to Japan.The paper mainly wants to through studying the kinds of Japanese TBT and the effects, then give the effective measures to break through Japanese TBT. The first part mainly expounds the theoretical base of TBT; the second part set the current condition of Chinese agricultural products export to Japan as the first, with the index that explained the problems; the third part focus on the Japanese main TBT; on these bases, the fifth part expect to propose reasonable suggestions, then lead the revelations part.
