Abstract


With the continuous development of China 's civil aviation industry , civil aviation information services for the public are increasingly unable to meet the public demand for flight information . The wireless communication network optimization and the rapid development of mobile data services , provided favorable conditions for the further development and refinement of the flight information service industry . But a single mobile data services can not be achieved the true sense of the all-round , multi-mode , accurate , and timely flight information service quality goals . In this paper, on the basis of existing research at home and abroad , combined with the characteristics of China's civil aviation public information released , research and technological development of the theory . Mainly contains the following : ( 1) a large amount of users for the flight information service , high accuracy , high real-time special requirements , proposed in the research and development of SMS release subsystem sliding window with priority control mechanism SMS sending control strategy , thus ensuring the accuracy of the information transmitting simultaneously , efficient use of the communication bandwidth . (2 ) for Internet-based SMS gateway SMS send Internet SMS gateway load capacity calculation methods and according to gateway ways SMS characteristics , the matrix model was constructed based on the distribution of more than Internet SMS gateway SMS and put forward a multi- Internet SMS gateway load balancing SMS distributed dynamic scheduling strategy , not only to improve the robustness of the system , and the maximum to avoid Internet SMS gateway overload SMS sending process SMS clogged . ( 3) through the analysis of the defect -based access to information PULL technology services , personalized flights WAP PUSH technology and mobile location services collaborative initiative push model , and given a specific technology to solve the key link in the model analysis programs. (4) research and flight information SMS subscribers , WAP sites and WEB site collaborative services , and centralized management of information services through the WEB site .
