Abstract


The Industrial injury insurance, as an indispensable part of social insurance , is an active measures for laborer to resist in an accident ,and the industrial injury insurance plays a positive role in enterprise’s development .The development of the industrial injury insurance content from just compensation for occupational accident to the prevention occupational accident and occupational rehabilitation From the passive Industrial accident compensation to active prevention for laborer industrial injury insurance, which play an active role in resisting industrial accident, reducing the number of industrial accident and severity of the industrial accident. The first industrial injury insurance system of the world is established in Germany. The start of the industrial injury insurance system is lately in our country. And because of history, economy and other reasons the legislation, policy, social adaption and coverage of industrial injury insurance also have many flaws.After the reform and opening in 1978, our country take the significant progress in economic, also contributed to the other public affairs. Then carry out reform in Industrial injury insurance, and made further improvement and development. But there are still many problems in industrial injury insurance, the medium and small -sized enterprises is a typical problems. There are numerous medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, they create a irreplaceable development of China’s economy, but no correspondingly get the security of the industrial injury insurance. With more and more industrial accident and the improvement of laborer’s awareness, the problems of industrial injury insurance in medium and small -sized enterprises became the need to resolve. This paper adopts methods of theory with practice and literature analysis and induction discuss the current situation and system of medium and small -sized enterprises .then aim to the existing problems of the industrial injury insurance system, take out countermeasure and suggestions, hope to perfect the system of the of industrial injury insurance of the small and medium-sized enterprises .
