Abstract


The thesis roots in the cooperative project named Reconstruct of Electromagnetic Valves Testing System. According to demands of the company, a suit of testing system of multicenter electromagnetic valves for gas medium is designed in this thesis. The system could perform self-examine test, action test, airproofing test and leakage test for electromagnetic valves. The thesis has five parts as follow:The first part designs the project according to the national criterion and trade standard. Air-bubble testing method and frequency conversion controlling are applied in the system.The second part primarily presents the testing course according to theory drawings.The third part designs the testing system, introduces hardware and software configurations, illuminates applied technology and communication method in detail.The fourth part illuminates memory optimizing idea applied in the project, enumerates the application of all function modules.The fifth part is to design and simulate fuzzy controller for testing system’s pressure adjusting. At first, some preconditions must be designed, including I/O variables, subjection function, invert coefficient, proportion coefficient, fuzzy rules and fuzzy adjudicate. Then by Fuzzy Logic for G Toolkit, an elementary fuzzy controller is designed. Considering from adjusting fuzzy rules, a fuzzy logic controller with amendable coefficient is designed. In simulation in Lab VIEW, the two fuzzy controllers are practicable.
