Abstract


Machinery and equipment in its several years or decades of use, they are always inevitably the wear , decay deteriorate gradually lost its original performance. Then companies must consider is to use new parts to replace the damaged parts , or repair the old parts , so maintenance costs began to happen. A large-scale iron and steel enterprises , a year spent on maintenance of equipment , up to hundreds of millions or ten billion yuan. Industrial Common sense tells us that it takes a lifetime equipment repair costs , adds up to much higher than its acquisition cost . Therefore, the maintenance costs of the particularly important. This single piece of equipment for repair and update the model , the economic indicators based on the introduction reliability indices , such as the use of maximum principle and method , discuss equipment maintenance and updating of dynamic optimal control problem . Ningxia Hengli combined company's actual , to prove the actual results achieved . In addition , this article also covers preventive maintenance problems . Studied the finite time interval preventive maintenance model and found that the model is not perfect for the time division , only take into account the finite time interval complete preventive maintenance cycle and repair time , ignoring the remaining time. This article on the model is improved in the new model based on the application of the failure rate increase factor analysis and preventive maintenance failure rate effect relationship between the dynamic changes discussed so that a single piece of equipment maintenance times the lowest maintenance costs , preventive maintenance cycle ; and discussed considering the lowest maintenance costs and reliability of equipment operation to meet the constrained optimization problem , the optimal number of repairs and preventive maintenance cycle .
