Abstract

Many types of modern logistics in product packaging , the annual product damage caused by improper packaging protection very seriously . Based on such issues , are now the majority of the processing of transport packaging systems are based on key components - products - packaging - transporter coupled system method . Actually the product transport packaging system is constituted by the complex packaging coupling interface and transporter systems , the dynamic characteristics of the structural analysis is the focus of the product transport packaging systems research . This paper begins with an overview about packaging the kinetics and packaging optimization inverse sub- structure theory in transport packaging system . Task Force of the inverse sub- structure theory applied to the two single-point transport packaging system model is derived based on further analysis of the dynamic characteristics of transport packaging systems over two inverse sub- structure theory , forecast given by the transfer function of system level and component level pass the letter formula . In this paper, the vehicle experiment measured , respectively, in the state of the system level and component level car transporter chassis package transport packaging system transfer function , and then the application of the inverse sub- structure analysis method to predict component level pass by the transfer function of the system level letter , and the predicted the parts transfer function amplitude measured sub- structure components of the transfer function amplitude contrast verify the correctness and the scope of application of the inverse sub- structure theory of transport packaging systems .
