Abstract


Sensor failure is one of the typical fault in the air conditioning system . Faulty sensor signal will make the wrong decisions of the air conditioning system , causing a waste of energy and indoor environmental quality decline , therefore , the air conditioning system sensor fault diagnosis is important . Summarize the existing air conditioning system at home and abroad sensor fault diagnosis method , and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these methods . Kernel Principal Component Analysis method with principal component analysis contrast , focus on the analysis of kernel principal component analysis method for nonlinear systems advantage . For the the multivariate nonlinear relationship between the air-conditioning system , the air-conditioning system sensor fault diagnosis method based on kernel principal component analysis . Constant air volume air conditioning system in the energy balance between enthalpy analysis kernel principal component analysis model and design , on this basis , to establish the overall program of constant air volume air conditioning system sensor fault diagnosis based on kernel principal component analysis . Sensor fault type of analysis of air-conditioning systems , in-depth study of the deviation of the air volume air conditioning system sensor drift completely down failure characteristics and accuracy class . For four typical fault running under the normal state of the Tianjin Museum building control system data , respectively , based on kernel principal component analysis method with principal component analysis , fault detection ability simulation study . As can be seen by comparison of the simulation results , the KPCA analysis than the principal component analysis method to more effectively detect sensor fault in the air conditioning system . And use contribution plot method based on the nuclear principal component analysis for fault identification, simulation results show that the failure to identify the effect of the method .
