Abstract


Statistical reports according to the China Internet Network Information Center , as of the end of 2008 , the real-time communications products has become the first major application of models of Internet-based services . In China, the total number of registered accounts has more than 1.609 billion . Instant messaging products is no longer a single dimension of the product , with the scientific and technological progress and social development , through product application platform has become a scene , and step-by-step through the magnificent turn toward the Internet online life platform . However , the instant messaging product has a massive user groups , but there are many problems , not only because it carries with advances in technology and the rapid growth of a variety of complex needs , but also because consider enough place in the interactive design , and hence affect the experience of hundreds of millions of users , as well as operating efficiency . In this paper, the existing instant messaging products at home and abroad interaction design research , in accordance with the relevant design philosophy guided by analysis to identify the problems which exist in the universality of contradictory . And product life cycle from instant messaging to find the root causes of the contradictory problems . After a summary and analysis of this article , the most important root cause of the problem is the existing contradictions between functional design and usability design view and discusses other related general root cause . In this paper, the root causes put forward contradictory viewpoints , again according to the theory of modern design theory , design methodology and psychology and other disciplines , the interactive design of real-time communications products contradiction integrated solutions with suitable program , ie integrated comprehensive judgment and resolve the problem of the use of design methodologies , system design , design principles and interaction laws . Finally, according to project combat Tencent user research and experience design center , the first of existing user research data analysis and correlation , and elaborate on the source of contradictory issues that is through product interaction design . Elaborate secondary evidence and solutions for the issues raised by the case .
