Abstract


Services Outsourcing (Service Outsourcing) is divided into two parts, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing), BPO usually translated as business process outsourcing or business process outsourcing. Financial services are important areas of application by the BPO BPO market in more than $ 100 billion, according to conservative estimates, nearly thirty percent of the market share, according to financial industry. Although India accounted for about 46% share of the global offshore BPO market, due to its outsourcing costs continue to rise, and increased business risk, multinational companies turning to other countries, led by China. At the same time, China's rapid economic growth and membership by the propulsion of the financial sector reform has generated a large domestic market demand, while domestic enterprises from the experience, strength, talent pool and lack of competitiveness. This article looks at the longitudinal field of financial BPO market segments. Recalling the process of the development of India's financial BPO process outsourcing banking, insurance and credit card industries in the value of financial enterprises, highlighted the opportunity for the BPO industry where instances of entry outsourcing by domestic insurance companies. On the supply side of the domestic financial BPO industry four forces (multinational companies, Indian companies, local companies and financial institutions own centers) were compared and analyzed. On the basis of investigation and practice, I proposed several major problems of the existing financial BPO enterprises: 1), at the bottom end of the value chain and lead to meager or no profit, 2), firm size is generally too small to undertake no big single and does not have the economies of scale, and 3) the lack of industry expertise, innovation capability, 4), talent shortage Talent abuse coexist. Solve these problems of the corresponding solutions: the establishment of a business development roadmap, clear positioning of the enterprise and reasonable layout, scale up, through a variety of channels to process innovation, for different levels of talent recruitment, and actively participate in the international certification. Road data as an example to demonstrate the reasonableness of the proposed scheme. Contribution of this paper: the first system to study the current situation and problems of the domestic financial services industry, BPO enterprises: including the proposal to the market opportunities, industry prospects, competitive situation, as well as corporate existence, and for the first time proposed financial BPO enterprise development roadmap.
