Abstract


with the fast development of science and technology, especially the information technology, traditional mode of enterprise management, namely inner-management of single enterprise, can’t adapt itself to the new changing. Therefore new modes of management such as license management, dummy company, global manufacturing, supply chain management etc. are coming into being. This text around the strategy and implement of the supply chain management, expound the approaches should be adopted at very step of supply chain management. This text emphasizes the importance of analyses of supply chain type and role of enterprise of whole supply Chain, advise enterprises pay much attention to the strategy partnership among Supply chain.After entrance of WTO, the research and fulfillment of the supply chain management got a big chance of development in our country. However any management style can’t separate itself from actual condition of enterprise. There is a long way for us to go in the process of understanding, receiving and realizing supply chain management in our country. This text does research in the present development and belonged step of supply chain in our country, analyses the strategy and approach what enterprises should adopt in the process of supply chain management under global conditions. The text enumerates some successful examples of integrated supply chain management such as Haier, analyses existent problem what Kiswire (China) meets in the process of supply chain management implement, and puts forward solutions to these problems. I sincerely Hope enterprises that want to implement integrated supply chain management can draw lessons from this text.
