Abstract

Rapeseed is a high-value , high-protein resources, but due to the rapeseed contains glucosinolates , phytic acid, tannins and other toxic substances and anti- nutrients , its application has been limited . In this experiment, rapeseed as raw material, the Strains of rapeseed virus-free and virus-free conditions were studied . Main results are as follows : 1 , isolated from soil and moldy rapeseed cake , filter out having a good degradation of glucosinolates , an isothiocyanate (ITC) and oxazolidin- thione ( ozt ) the ability of fungal strains , yeast five bacteria , bacterial 8 . Through the fermentation test , screening out three fine strains of M2 , X3 and X8 . By mixing strains fermentation tests showed that the mixed fermentation plants is better than single fermentation , mixed fermentation plants in three fermentation effect is better than the double fermentation . Screened M2 , X3 and X8 three strains combination of glucosinolate rapeseed fermented removal rate reached 67.8 % . 3 the mixed fermentation test screening the efficient detoxification strain combination M2 , X3 and X8 , by orthogonal experiment , effects of temperature, initial pH , the amount of added sugar , inoculation ratio , inoculum mixed fermentation detoxification effect , The results show that the mixed fermentation virus-free conditions : temperature of 30 ° C , initial pH 6.5 , 8% added sugar vaccination than 0.5:0.5:1 , inoculum size of 8% . Under this condition , the the rapeseed detoxification rate of 81.24% . 4 , in the the detoxification test process , the crude protein content of the main nutrients in the rapeseed cake improved. Mixed fermentation crude protein content increased by more than a single fermentation of mixed fermentation three fermentation off than double fermentation greater level of increase . The best virus - free conditions , M2 , X3 , X8 three strains of the mixed fermentation crude protein content increased 19.7%.
