Abstract

With dogs, cats, companion animals, the increase in the number of dermatological infection is also increasing. The test by China Agricultural University outpatient cases clinics, and statistical analysis to understand the types of fungal pathogen species, disease pattern and characteristics of the Beijing area dog skin diseases; Isolation and identification of fungi, and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases. The statistics include the dog's basic information, including breed, sex, age, time of onset. Skin patients with clinical symptoms in dogs focus on observation, analysis of the incidence of regularity and characteristics, typical cases of diseased acquisition, microbiological culture, microscopy, and finally the statistical analysis of the data obtained. Clinical cases statistical results: During the test, skin disease, first diagnosed 915 cases of dogs suffering from 4,5,6 month highest first diagnosed skin disease incidence (336/915) in July, August and September is the peak period of onset; dogs suffering gender differences, the ratio of male and female dogs suffering 1.49:1. Different breeds of dogs exist differences in susceptibility to skin diseases the Chow Chow incidence (8.8%), followed by Beijing dog and Golden Retriever dogs; age of onset is mainly concentrated in less than 5 years old (84.92%); diseased parts back, ears main and limbs; pathogen diagnostic results, fungal and bacterial infections, including fungi and bacteria in 526 cases of mixed infections, bacterial infections, 200 cases of mites infected 189 cases. To clinics 189 cases acariasis of dogs, Demodex mites patient dog 122 cases, accounting for 64.55%, 64 cases of the scabies mites patients dogs, accounting for 33.86%; dogs Demodex mite disease and scabies age of onset to the highest incidence April; concentrated in less than 1 year old; the Demodex and scabies mites patients dogs male and female ratio was 1.28:1 and 1.56:1 respectively; from the varieties, the highest incidence of patients with Demodex dog Tibetan mastiff dogs, followed by Chow dog, Chihuahua; dogs suffering from scabies mites Poodle highest incidence, followed by the Golden Retriever Retriever and Husky dog ??Demodex; diseased parts, mostly concentrated in the eye, claws and back; scabies mites are mostly concentrated in the ear edge and elbows. With ivermectin treatment trial of 186 patients suffering from mites dogs, a one-time cure 106 cases, accounting for 56.9%; 50 cases of secondary cure, three and four were cured 18 cases and 12 cases, accounting for 26.9%; accounted for 9.7% and 6.5%, respectively. Of test dogs suffering from a fungal sample for culture, 69 cases were positive, the positive rate of 28.75%. The isolated fungal mainly Malassezia canis, shall ringworm Trichophyton, main canine plaster-like spores; suffering from canine Malassezia infection in 15 cases, 10 cases canis required ringworm Trichophyton two cases, dogs plaster-like spores one cases, Epidermophyton floccosum 1 cases, respectively, accounting for 21.74% of the total, 14.50%, 2.90%, 1.45% and 1.45% respectively. Malassezia is Hou Pi Mala color bacteria.
